Literacy and numeracy assessments of adult English language learners in New Zealand

The report is resulted by a literacy, language and numeracy research in New Zealand.

This 2014 report attempts to answer questions about the extent to which the Literacy and Numeracy for Adults Assessment Tool (LNAAT) can reasonably and legitimately be used to assess the literacy and numeracy of English language learners.

The study findings provide a strong indication that LNAAT produces appropriate assessments of the literacy skills of those English language learners who were assessed.
