Learning at Work Week – Preparing for the future of work: it’s up to you

Wednesday 15 May 2019

Software talent management companies SABA and Lumesse will be delivering a free one-hour webinar during Learning at Work Week. The webinar will focus on the need to prepare employees for a changing work landscape, which will require them to acquire new skills in order to meet demand effectively. SABA and Lumesse predict that by 2022, 54% of workers will require a significant amount of reskilling or upskilling. An agile approach to lifelong learning is essential if employees are to bridge the skills gap and maintain a successful career in the future.

The webinar will discuss the kinds of skills that workers need to build. It will provide valuable insights into trending skills that are in demand for future work, how to prepare for changes and will provide A Gen Z’s view on how important it is to have a learning mindset.

Attendees will need to register for the seminar, which will take place on 15 May 2019 at 12:30-13:30, on the Campaign for Learning website. There are other events presented on the same webpage, so attendees need to scroll down to find SABA and Lumesse’s webinar.
