  In the Directorate of Probation in Karaman, various courses are offered for disadvantaged women such as gas welding and carpet weaving, ceramic technology. On the ceramic technology course given to disadvantaged women in Karaman, 17 disadvantaged women are given 6 hours of training per day, 5 days a week. After completion of the 616-hour course, they will receive a certificate from Karaman Public Education Center. Health insurance and daily pocket allowances of the trainees are covered by the Karaman İŞKUR Directorate and the training is given by the Ceramic Instructor Hatice Korkmaz from Karaman Public Education Center. Course Instructor Hatice Korkmaz stated that ceramic works will be exhibited at the end of the course.
