EPALE’s August focus is on workplace learning
Workplace learning is an important part of lifelong learning. It is a great tool to develop employees and maintain their effectiveness. Workplace learning can be formal, non-formal and informal but a study shows that the three most important ways of learning in the workplace, according to employees, are: knowledge sharing with your team, desk research, and general conversations and meetings.
