‘Recipe Book’: Great Food from European Green Cities
The ‘Recipe Book’ is the very first publication to showcase contributions from both European Green Capital and European Green Leaf Network cities. This first ever recipe book puts a spotlight on the importance of sustainable food practices and shows readers what 21 European Green Capital and European Green Leaf Network cities have been doing to ‘green’
their cities and their food, to motivate others to build a more nourishing future.
Along with reading inspiring stories about these cities’ sustainable food initiatives, readers can also enjoy 26 regional, appetising recipes from across Europe. With recipes ranging from curries to pancakes, there’s something that everyone will enjoy, and the best part is that you will be eating sustainably, too! Happy reading and eating!
