About the magazine
Environment for Europeans is published by the Directorate-General for the Environment of the European Commission. It aims to communicate the priorities and achievements of EU environment policy – including climate change, the LIFE programme and the Natura 2000 network of nature reserves – as well as its impact on citizens' lives and its contribution to the EU goals of smart and sustainable growth.
It is available in Bulgarian, Spanish, Czech, German, Estonian, Greek, English, French, Italian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese and Romanian.
Environment for Europeans is published first on the web – accessible on desktop PCs, laptops, tablets or smartphones – and then as a quarterly printed magazine – available in PDF or ePub format.
Subscription is free.
