Technical Working Groups

Technical Working Groups (TWGs) are composed of a number of experts suggested by the Verification Bodies and the Commission.

Their role is to:

• offer guidance and consultation for clarification purposes and in case of disputes
• harmonise the implementation of ETV procedures by Verification Bodies in the different technology areas and in the different participating countries
• ensure the same level of quality of verification results, in particular Statements of Verification.
