The Stakeholder Forum is convened yearly by the Commission services and has as main responsibility to advise on general issues relevant for the implementation of the EU ETV Pilot Programme. Thematic meetings or sub-groups may be convened as well to advise on specific issues.
Stakeholders interested in joining the Forum can flag their interest by e-mail to ENV-ETV@ec.europa.eu.
The 1st ETV Stakeholder Forum met in Brussels on 19 December 2012. 55 persons participated in the Forum and debated on key aspects of the ETV pilot programme and on the objectives and role of the Forum. The summary of Forum discussions is available here and presentations can be downloaded here.
The 3rd Stakeholder Forum meeting took place in Brussels on 28 September 2017. The meeting gathered around 30 experts and stakeholders to discuss and exchange views on the early findings of the evaluation of the EU ETV Pilot Programme. The forum was a lively mix of plenary and parallel roundtable discussions.

The 4th Stakeholder Forum meeting took place in Brussels on 15th February 2018. The 30 experts and stakeholders gathered to discuss the final results of the study supporting the evaluation of the EU ETV Pilot Programme as well as feasability studies and possible options developed for the future of an EU ETV scheme.
