ECO-INNOVATIONat the heart of European policies
The 27th edition of the leading general trade show on the environment, Pollutec, took place from 29 November to 2 December in Lyon, France. The event brought together all industry sectors of the environment and gathered around 2500 exhibitors.
Over the four days of the exhibition, a European Commission representative and the French Verification Body RESCOLL introduced ETV to a large number of business representatives during the Green Days matchmaking event, by visiting different stands as well as the booths of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rhône-Alpes region and RESCOLL.
In addition, the European Commission representative presented ETV and other EU circular economy-related initiatives at the Infoday H2020 event. Similarly, RESCOLL gave a presentation on ETV (‘Dispositif ETV: vers une reconnaissance internationale pour les éco-technologies innovantes’) at the Sustainable Industry Forum. The presentation showed the benefits of ETV and informed on the new ISO-ETV Standard. The Verification Body was accompanied by the French Environment and Energy Management Agency ADEME, which supports the ETV activities in France.
