Download: Transfer of budget table 2016
Please note that it is no longer mandatory to submit a transfer of budget table with the annual report. You may use this table as an internal tool, to check the total amount of your budget shifts. As a reminder, contractual flexibility allows a maximum of 20% transfer of total eligible costs (Art. I.5 FPA).

Download: Audit certificate template LIFE FPA NGO's operating grants updated 13/12/2017

This is the updated version of the audit certificate template. The main changes are:
- Updated references to FPA/SGA articles
- Coverage of audit checks (from 10 items to 20 or percentage)
- Clarification on travel costs of non-staff members
- Clarification on reserve (it might be accepted if the decision was taken by the board before the start date of the grant)
- Addition of an extra column where the auditors should include their conclusions
- Addition of a table for reporting the costs audited by the auditors
