See how LIFE Nature is working to preserve Europe's biodiversity, conserving flora, restoring mountain and coastal habitats, managing rivers and forests, protecting endangered birds, marine biodiversity and Europe's large carnivores. See too the positive impact of the LIFE programme on Europe's environment. A series of memorable images show how LIFE Environment is helping to restore rivers, promote sustainable agriculture, alternative energy and clean technologies, improve resource efficiency and urban planning and also raise awareness of environmental issues.

Install the screensaver (Windows)
It takes just a few simple steps to install the screensaver on a computer:

• Download and open the zip
• Copy the SCR file in your system folder (e.g. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM or C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32).
• Go to Settings, select "Control Panel" and then "Display". Select the "Screen Saver" tab.
• Select the LIFE screensaver in the list (it should appear here if copied in the correct folder).
• Click OK.

• Download and open the zip
• Close System Preferences, if you have it open.
• Double-click the screen saver you wish to install.
• The Installer will start.
• Accept installation to complete
