Frank van Lamoen

After obtaining his master’s degree in Physical Geography at the University of Utrecht, Frank has worked in both the private and public sector on issues concerning water management, environmental impact assessment and sustainable development. Currently he is part of the senior staff at the Water Division of the Province of North-Brabant in the Netherlands, working on water governance and climate change. For the national programme Knowledge for Climate he coordinates research activities for the dry rural areas in the Netherlands. In cooperation with the University of Tilburg he was involved in developing methods for sustainability assessment. For Wageningen University and the Radboud University Nijmegen he is doing research on regional leadership in climate change adaptation.

Within the WATERCoRe project (Interreg IVC), Frank coordinates the activities of the Province of North-Brabant and is leader of the work package on economic instruments.
