Post market monitoring
Due dates for annual reporting
Annual monitoring reports for authorised products are required to be submitted to the Commission and the Competent Authorities of Member States in accordance with Article 20 of Directive 2001/18/EC and the provisions of the respective consents. The date by which individual annual reports are due is set out in the following table. This due date is established by the date on which the evaluating Member State issued their consent.
