The project involves three categories of partners: public authorities, high education institutions and training providers and it is supported by 20 members for National Qualification Platform. The project aims at introducing qualification and for 5 different training schemes to build up the skills of the different (prioritized) workers’ occupations in the building sector concerning to building envelope, glassing, roofing, energy infrastructure and HVAC systems. These 5 training programmers will ensure involvement of all 6 occupations identified as prioritized in the national Road map. Specific objectives are: 1) Development the "large scale" of training schemes by upgrading national education system with voluntary qualification schemes and recognition of skills of the 1.000 building sector's workers, obtained through previous experience and/or through corresponding training activities in non-formal education( recognition of previous learning-RPL) 2) Capacity building of trainers and training providers to implement voluntary qualification schemes by developing training curriculums (including learning objectives and outcomes, content, methods and material) based on the identified needs 3) Boosting the demand for EE and RES qualified /skilled workers on national level. The organization of the actions is presented in these following steps: • Development of voluntary qualification schemes following the roadmap qualification schemes. • Development of "large scale" training schemes for 5 different skills for achievement of EE in buildings. • Information campaign for candidates for trainers to be included in "large scale" training schemes will be carried out, and the selection of 200 trainers would be on the competitive basis. • Incentives to boost demand for qualified workers will be designed. • Organization of 20session for recognition of previous non-formal education of 1.000 workers and Pilot training for 50 workers (10 for each training programme).
