This video shows how to use the tool to track what has been achieved in each of the Energy Union's five dimensions: security, solidarity and trust; a fully-integrated internal energy market; energy efficiency; climate action – decarbonising the economy; research, innovation and competitiveness. The webtool covers measurements of greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, renewable energy shares, energy intensities, import dependencies, prices, annual switching rates, research investments, and patents. It provides essential information for anyone interested in EU energy policy and how the EU is working to achieve its energy and climate goals.
