Managing Director

Dr. Dimitris XEVGENOS is the Managing Director of SEALEAU B.V. He has a strong engineering background, having obtained his bachelor degree from the School of Mechanical Engineer at the National Technical University of Athens (2008), MSc from Electrical Engineering (2010) and Ph.D. Degree from Chemical Engineering (2016) by the same university, while he continued as a Post Doc at Civil Engineering at TU Delft. Throughout his studies, he obtained 8 scholarships being at the top 2% of his class. His research activities involve the design of innovative processes on (waste) water and waste management, while his PhD was focused on the design of an innovative system for the treatment of seawater desalination brine and resource recovery. Dimitris has been involved in 11 European research projects, while he has raised more than €15 million by writing 5 successful EU proposals.
