Share your ideas to shape Horizon Europe mission “caring for soil”
Soil management / functionality
What are your concerns about soil health and food? What should we collectively do to restore soil health and its functions?
The mission 'caring for soil' will raise awareness on the importance of soils, engage with citizens, create knowledge and develop a range of solutions to address the various challenges for soils and soil management in Europe. This will allow full use of the potential of soils to support food production, protect biodiversity and mitigate the effects of climate change. The European Commission wants to ensure as broad a participation from the public as possible, so this mission is relevant and makes a real difference to heal the planet.
Anyone who is interested can share ideas or support others' and so will help shape the mission in the area of soil health and food. Farmers, foresters, researchers, Focus Group experts: Share your ideas before 14 September.
