Even though the knowledge on management practices to store carbon in soils is widespread among farmers, they need more information on time and resources to adopt these practices as well as on the impact they will have in carbon storage. The EIP-AGRI Focus Group on agriculture and soil carbon identified good practices and barriers to farm management practices which ensure long-lasting carbon storage in arable farming.
