This is the problem:
Adjuntamos las ideas que hemos tratado conjuntamente desde
CERAI y el Observatorio para una Cultura del Territorio, con el fin de
establecer sinergias con el fin de participar en estas investigaciones
futuras a nivel europeo.
Ademas nos gustaria resaltar el vinculo que ambas organizaciones
tienen con el ambito universitario (UPValencia y UPMadrid en el caso
de CERAI, y UPMadrid, Universidad de Alcala de Henares y el ISEC en
Andalucia en el caso del OCT). Igualmente, consideramos esencial el
vinculo con otros agentes territoriales tales como la Asociacion
Trashumancia y Naturaleza, recientemente premiada por la Fundacion
BBVA por su labor en la Trashumancia.
Sin mas demora,
Esperamos que sean consideradas e incluimos algunas ideas metodológicas, de difusión y de cumplimiento de objetivos socio-políticos.

- Methodological Approaches: Participatory Action Research combines with Quantitative analysis (geographical, statistical, geophysical and agrarian fieldwork) as well as using new approaches such as Ecosystem Services to enhance HNV characteristics
- Dissemination tasks: Workshops in a case pilot study – Training sessions – European Network
- Sociopolitical Aims: Employment of rural communities and promote the settlement of young population in rural areas
This is the problem (summary in English):
- Identifying the most vulnerable and fragile ecosystems to intervene tackling ecological factors but also social and economical such as lack of rural employment and depopulation of rural areas. A good practices compilation would provide tools for a better management system for riverbanks.
- Explore the potentiality of using these HNV agroecological systems: “The Agroecological Farm Mosaic“ as new niche of employment for rural population - food production, cultural tourism, gastronomy, apart of the environmental benefits such as reservoir of local species as well as the maintenance of the flow river ensuring the minimum values to consider health riverbanks.
- This model could be developed through several pilot studies in Europe in order to compare, learn and set up the good practices. The understanding of these HNV farming systems would also allow to address other research strategies towards other farming systems.
