Save the date! For the first time, the 2019 EIP on AHA Conference of Partners will be jointly organised with the AAL Forum on the 23-25 September 2019 in Aarhus, Denmark

As part of their joint mission to support ageing and care in digital transformation, the AAL Programme and its annual Forum are teaming up with the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing (EIP on AHA) to hold the 2019 Conference of Partners.

The city of Aarhus will host the event which includes an action-packed agenda, with 32 parallel sessions, three plenaries, international renowned keynote speakers and an exciting exhibition area, where the latest designs and technology for the Silver Economy will be showcased. The sessions will bring together all the doers and shapers on active and healthy ageing from Europe and beyond.

There will be a plenary joint opening held at the summit. Get ready also for a session on the future of health and social care for an ageing population in Horizon Europe. At least three parallel sessions will also be held on a variety of topics. They will range from advancing the Blueprint for digital transformation of health and care, focusing on the commercialisation of digital health technologies, to measuring the success of digitally-enabled services. The collaboration will culminate in the joint closing of the AAL Forum and the 2019 Conference of Partners together with the European Awards for Reference Sites.

This is a great opportunity to network, plan and join a wide-ranging audience of leading European thinkers, regulators, policymakers, regional actors and associations.

Participants from both communities will have the occasion to meet up with their peers in a real-life setting. Let’s use the occasion to develop synergies between these two exciting European programmes.

Make sure to put September 23-25 in your diaries and we’ll see you there!
