Patients want more digital health

A recent survey conducted by McKinsey Health shows that 3 out of 4 patients want to use digital health services to assist them with routine administrative tasks. Around 1.000 participants from Germany, Singapore and UK agreed that they would happily use assistance in finding and scheduling physician appointments'. As discovered, patients of all ages are interested in digital health and if they are not using it, it is because of the poor quality of existing services.
