I2M: These are the selected companies for the Matchmaking Sessions

31/01/2020

The call received 36 applications from 13 different countries.  The evaluation was made by I2M partners and healthcare organisations, based on the evaluation criteria published in the call: solution fit to the need, experience and excellence. Participants had to demonstrate TRL 7 or above and that their headquarters are based in an H2020 eligible country.

These are the companies that will attend the matchmaking sessions to get to know the needs identified by four healthcare organisations, understand their requirements and analyse potential opportunities for collaboration:

INTEGRA2. Patient-centred integrated care for managing and preventing health and care risks factors (FundeSalud, Government of Extremadura, Spain).

LEARNCARE. Solutions to train caregivers of persons with cognitive impairment in rural areas (Gerencia de Servicios Sociales de Castilla y León, Spain).

PRE-D. Risk identification and self-management support to prevent type 2 diabetes (NHS Highland, Scotland).

HOME CONTROL. Chronic Care home remote control and assistance for older  people (Region Tuscany, Italy).
