This workshop will present person-centered approaches and ICT tools, developed in the context of H2020 EU projects, as well as different use-cases and policy status across the EU, focusing on innovative and holistic approaches to support AHA, aiming to:

  • Raise awareness about innovative procurement for digital transformation in healthcare & social prescription
  • Address drivers & barriers towards the social prescription in regional, national and EU level
