The commitment will involve:
a) awareness raising among each stakeholder in the building process of new built houses to implement a basic infrastructure in new built houses, consisting of both optical fiber broadband and basic intelligence in a hub/gateway within the house
b) promoting IoT networks outside the house for connection of services when being outside the home.
