The aim of the Commitment is Define best practices, best tools for developing inclusive design of user-centred behaviour change/communication strategies to make AHA solutions arrive to the citizens/users/patients.
By the word communication we comprise promotion, dissemination, campaigns, diffusion, awareness, education, coaching, and behaviour changing activities.
The activity of our Commitment would be collect, analyse research and knowledge of reference to help us define best practices on key issues, and process it to make several reports available to EIP on AHA.
The fields of expertise of the Commitment team are: nutrition, prevention, social inclusion, eHealth, empowerment, gender, gender & ICT, gender & elder, ICT & elderly, age-friendly social concept, user-centered design, user experience, behavioral change, business models, communication strategies.
The Commitment Team comprises researchers from Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Psychology and Education, and Internet Interdisciplinary Institute (IN3) of Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), and business/market analysts from Escool Thinkers & Makers.
We will follow the activities of the Collaborative Groups to participating as actively as possible and give support as providers of knowledge in our fields of expertise. We can also make proposals for research and/or of local/international communication/awareness projects, and report on opportunities for innovation and funding.

The 2016 commitment is a joint compromise of both entities ESCOOL (SME) and UOC (Research/Academia) to develop and share new knowledge.
There is one precedent of report that gives socio-economic and market background to the activity of the commitment. ESCOOL is author of #sheAging Perspective Report that is already available to EIP on AHA partners.
