The European Commission is currently evaluating the EU Aid Volunteers initiative. The programme brings together volunteers and organisations from different countries, providing practical support to humanitarian aid projects and contributing to strengthening local capacity and resilience of disaster-affected communities.
Engaging citizens and stakeholders is an essential part of this evaluation. The consultation aims to gather information and opinions on the implementation of the EU Aid Volunteers initiative as well as to test analyses and findings.
The evaluation will help build the new humanitarian aid strand under the European Solidarity Corps, which will succeed the EU Aid Volunteers initiative in the future.
We want to hear from you! The public consultation survey is available on the Commission’s consultation page, Have your say, until 13 January 2021.
The survey is available in English, French and German. However, replies can be provided in any of the official EU languages.
