Are you an experienced professional in sustainable energy, working for or together with public authorities at local, regional or national level?
Do you have extensive experience in sustainable energy and climate planning and implementation?
We are looking for people who have expertise in one or more of the following fields:
Urban, energy and climate planning in cities or regions;
• Energy transition roadmaps;
• Implementation and monitoring of energy efficiency measures in buildings, sustainable mobility schemes or heating and cooling systems;
• Public engagement of local communities;
• Capacity-building of public employees;
• EU Energy Efficiency Directive implementation in Member States?
Do you have a very good command of written and spoken English and the willingness to work closely with the European Commission in driving the Energy transition?
If you answered yes to these questions and, if you are interested and available for occasional, short-term assignments, we invite you to upload your CV on Horizon 2020 Participant Portal so that it is included in our database.
You may be contacted to carry out designated tasks at home or in Brussels only if you have the relevant experience matching our searching criteria. Independent experts are appointed by the European Commission to help us evaluate proposals, review projects and monitor programmes and policies.
