Project abstract

This project brings together eight maritime spatial planning (MSP) authorities in seven Member States (SE, DE, PL, DK, LV, EE, FI) and three regional organisations in the Baltic Sea Region, to support the implementation of the MSP Directive and the objectives defined in the EU Baltic Sea Region Strategy, Blue Economy and EU2020 Strategy. The objective is to achieve coherent national maritime spatial planning in the Baltic Sea Region and to build a lasting macro-region mechanism for cross-border MSP cooperation.
