On 25 and 26 June, 18 selected SME Instrument companies will present their vision for the future of sustainable and renewable energy, and network with Enel representatives, in the Enel Innovation Hub in Catania, Italy.

Companies, selected together with global energy player Enel, are working on innovative approaches to renewable energy, with a particular focus on solar and wind power, as well as energy management, robotics, digitalisation and supply chain management.

Artys, Cassantec, Cleandrone, Cleanergy, Dashboard Limited, EMSc, H2P Systems, Heliovis, Innomaq21, Kitemill, Laboratori Fabrici, Nova Innovation, Pôle Position, Rebernig Supervisioni, Relogable, S&C, Wind Inertia and Winfoor were all selected to present their vision, discover challenges and explore opportunities for meaningful change in the energy sector.

The European Innovation Council (EIC), is supporting high-potential small and medium-sized enterprises to collaborate with larger corporates on the development of new business models and in the implementation of innovative and scalable technologies with the potential to bring radical change to the energy sector. For SMEs, one of the most significant obstacles to growth is getting their innovations seen by the right people at large companies. Bridging this gap is essential for fostering the growth of the next generation of European entrepreneurs and business leaders.
