The fourth SME Instrument cut-off for 2015 closed this year's application run, ending the year with proof of a growing success as the number of proposals tops 3146.
For the 25 November cut-off, EASME received 2056 proposals for Phase 1. Most proposals concern ICT, followed by innovative business models and health. The country with the largest number of project proposals is Italy followed by Spain and the United Kingdom. For SME Instrument Phase 2, EASME received 1090 proposals. Most proposals were submitted for health, followed by ICT and low carbon and efficient energy systems. Most proposals initiated from Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
The number of proposals received in November hit the record number of 3146 total proposals compared to 2833 in September and 2990 in June 2015. Evaluations are now ongoing and results should be available around mid-January if all goes according to plan.

Please bear in mind these figures are provisional.

I submitted an application in November via my participant portal account. The status of the three documents showed that the documents had been sent ( received by 2020) but I have not had any emails to confirm this.
Please can you confirm the status, I will give you my PIC number via ant.chisnall@pro-netix.com.
Many thanks

Hello,
You referred us earlier to a web page where it said you received 62 INSO-10-2015 phase 2 proposals. It says in the infographic above that you received 147 of them...
Could you possibly double-check your figures?
Many thanks,
Catherine
This was the previous web page: http://bit.ly/21S05Wz
Dear Catherine,
indeed,it was a mistake. We apologize for that.
Marie @EASME
Hi Marie
So which is the right figure of submitted phase 2 proposals under INSO-10-2015? 62 or 147? That makes a huge difference...
Thanks for clarifying,
Catherine
62. its corrected in the graph. Marie @EASME
Thank you Marie @EASME
Hello! When you mention that results are expected in January, are you referring to phase 1 or phase 2? Some weeks ago I think you mentioned that results will take longer this time and you were not guaranting the possibility of resubmissions. Is this still valid? In other words: will results of phase 2 arrive BEFORE or AFTER 3rd February 2016?
We believe that both phases will be sent in January, however, we can not guarantee this. We have
changed the evaluation rhythm: the evaluation of the phases is decoupled (first Phase 2, then Phase 1). This MIGHT cause that Phase 2 applicants will not receive their results before the February 2016 cut-off. However, we are doing are best to deliver the results in January. Hello,
Is there somewhere to compare the number of submissions and the expected number of succesfull proposals per topic on the November 2015 deadline compared to previous ones?
Thank you in advance!
Hello,
we don't have such a statistics. You can find the number of submissions of the November cut-off here: https://ec.europa.eu/easme/en/news/sme-instrument-3146-projects-ask-funding
However, the results haven't been published yet.
Statistics on submissions of the previous cut-off might be found on the Participant Portal: http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/portal/desktop/en/opportunitie...
Best, Marie @EASME
are we still expecting the result in mid-jan ?
