The European Commission is looking for experienced professionals in this area to evaluate and recommend proposals for funding under the H2020 Energy Efficiency Call for Proposals.

- project manager in local authority or energy agency,
- financial and technical consultants,
- technical assistance provider,
- marketing advisory and brokerage,
- business adviser,
- staff involved in previous PDA / ELENA projects,
