    Projects per topic

We are realizing that the number of projects per topic you show in the picture above gives a total of 947 proposal submitted but not 969. We think there is a mistake in the number of projects of the Health Biotechnology topic: therea are 39 instead 17. Could you please confirm?

    Projects per topic

    Dear Nieves,
indeed, there was a mistake. Apologies and thank you for letting us know. It is corrected now.

Really interesting (but natural) to see this huge interest in funding for ICT projects. It is however sad to see a general succes rate of just 4% for this topic according to the general statistics. This really emphasises the competitive element of the SME programme.

Best regards,

Cathrine Christensen

    Results before 15 June cut-off?

If results are expected to be sending by middle of June, it means that no resubmissions are possible? Next cut-off is the 15 June that is mid-June. Please, if you already know that resubmissions are not going to be possible, could you confirm it?Thanks in advance for your kindly answer.

I am not from EASME, but I

I am not from EASME, but I think resubmission will be possible.
Last year EASME announced with large advance if resubmission wasn't possible (November cutoff) also creating a large unfair competition for the first call of 2016, with less than half candidates that applied because of that. According to their public communication, the problem was that they were changing the way they were evaluating so to allow faster decisions. It seems it didn't work very well. As in the message from Patricia, we are all waiting for EASME to send out the Phase-2 April cutoff results.
It would be nice if EASME could confirm that results are about to be published...

The silence is so heavy when we all are expecting good news and fearing bad news...

    Score of funded projects

Is it possible to know the highest and lowest score of funded projects per topic? It would be helpful to know how far is a project not funded but above threshold.

  • faturma | Thu, 23/06/2016 - 11:30

Dear Guiseppe, this is not possible to say as it varies per cut-off. However, best projects scores around 14. (13,7 -14,5). It is similar for all topics. Marie @EASME
