The webinar follows the publication of the European Cluster Excellence Programme: Call for Proposals on 8th January 2019. It will offer an overview of its goals and specificities.

The speakers will guide potential applicants through the practical aspects of preparing and submitting a proposal, thus encouraging consortia of cluster organisations to apply. The clusters must belong to a COSME participating country.

Interested participants can send their questions to the speakers at EASME-COSME-COMMUNICATIONS@ec.europa.eu. by 5th February 2019.

About the Call

The overall objective of this call is to strengthen cluster management excellence and facilitate exchanges and strategic partnership between clusters across Europe, including a new “ClusterXchange” pilot scheme. High quality cluster management and strategic connections between clusters are key elements of world-class clusters.

The call also aims to foster SME competitiveness internationally assisting companies when accessing global markets, leveraging on the innovation and growth the clusters offer.

The deadline for electronic submission is 4 April 2019, 17:00 hours (Brussels time).
