During the noon-to-noon workshop, you will organise information about what customers want in a simple way to visualise patterns of value creation. You will learn to design value propositions and propose business models that directly target customers’ most pressing and important issues, customer pains, and customer gains. The workshop makes full use of the proven methodology introduced in the best-selling book Value Proposition Design from Strategyzer AG.

You will work and exchange experience in small groups with other SME Instrument companies and your own business coaches.
