Ahead of the International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists on 2 November 2016, First Vice-President Frans Timmermans, High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini, Vice-President Andrus Ansip and Commissioners Günther H. Oettinger and Věra Jourová have issued a joint statement calling on all States, media companies, media professionals and all concerned parties to join efforts to end impunity for crimes against journalists. This is the 4th LEARN workshop on research data. It aims to provide participants with an opportunity to learn about Latin American experiences in Research Data Management, including policy development and implementation. The purpose of the LEARN project is to take the Roadmap for Research Data produced by the League of European Research Universities (LERU) and to develop this in order to build a coordinated e-infrastructure across Europe and beyond.
