On April 7th 2016, DG Connect and DG Grow of the European Commission in collaboration with Utrecht University and Creative Skills for Life hosted a 'Meeting of Minds' that took a fresh look at innovating smarter new built and retro-fit home environments. 70+ European thought leaders and entrepreneurs from various sectors gathered to share their views on the most exciting developments in ‘agile ageing’, smarter homes, new financing models and urban retrofitting.
