Smart Rural Grid is a new multi-national R&D project funded by the EU under the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). It focuses on the specific challenges related to grid operations and grid management in rural areas. The aim of this workshop is to gather input from those experts willing to share their knowledge to help fine tune the project objectives in accordance with pertinent business goals.

The workshop will take place at the headquarters of GEODE, Avenue Marnix 28, 1000 Brussels. GEODE is an association of more than 1200 European independent distribution companies for gas and electricity.
