The MOPACT project (Mobilising the Potential of Active Ageing in Europe) will provide the evidence upon which Europe can begin to make longevity an asset for social and economic development. Funded by the European Commission’s Seventh Framework Programme, the project draws together a multidisciplinary team to target the key challenges of ageing.
The MOPACT Active Ageing Forum is dedicated to appraising MOPACT’s interim findings, and to collecting ideas and guidance about innovative ways to develop the work and maximise its impact. This Forum will facilitate active user engagement and decision making and provide attendees with a unique opportunity to shape project activities. This is the first of three events which will draw key stakeholders into the decision making process for MOPACT.
