ICT-enabled Open Government & Mobile e-Government by SMEs

"ICT-enabled open government" aims stimulating the creation, delivery and use of personalised public services, using open public data or open public services and enhancing the transparency of public administrations, leading to increased trust and accountability.

Under "Innovative mobile e-government applications by SMEs", the aim is to specifically support innovative SMEs, including start-ups, for the design and creation of innovative applications, in order to foster the delivery of mobile public services and thus help the interaction of citizens and businesses with public administrations.

The session is open for presentations on ideas for actions for topic INSO-1 and for SME actions for topic INSO-9.
