Start-ups! What they really need
Room 1.61-1.62, 05/12/2018 (09:00-09:45)
The aim of this session is to identify working strategies and gaps in the current public support policies aimed towards start-ups.
As inspiration for the discussion, short inspiring practices and impulses will be provided by experts from the Venture Capitalist point of view and the European Commission, complemented by national policies (using Austrian funding and support strategies as example).
All participants, especially the start-ups entrepreneurs, are then invited to address directly their issues and problems and ideas in round tables with experts and collaboratively formulate needs for future support measures.
The session output aims at providing clear messages to be transported back to funding bodies and policy makers at EU and national level.
