Moving Co-creation forward for digital public services: the Mobile-Age tool
Room L6, 05/12/2018 (10:00-10:45)
The Horizon2020 Mobile Age project is finalising a series of tools to co-create eGovernment solutions and public services, with a specific focus on older persons, social services, age-friendly routes, mobility and eHealth.
This networking session aims at raising awareness on the benefits of end users’ involvement, presenting the Mobile-Age MADE and CIDER platforms, and showing participants how to use them. Specific interactive round tables will be devoted to its co-creation guidebook and online platforms, its app development platform and the TingTun Termer (look-up tool for PDFs).
The session will also offer opportunities to interact directly with Mobile Age designers and developers and get more information on the transferability of the different tools. The session targets ICT companies, developers, public authorities, service providers, end users, academics, and any other groups interested in implementing co-creation in ICT-based services, in sharing practices and lessons learnt around co-creating with seniors, in the perspective of a more intergenerational dialogue to the benefit of the society as a whole.
