More than nine national startup manifestos have emerged across Europe since the launch of the original “Startup Manifesto” in 2013. Entrepreneurs in, to-date, nine different countries have joined together constructively suggest ways that policymaking could be more conducive to success for European entrepreneurs. The panel brings together key manifesto writers and policy makers from EU member states to share experience and best practices.
