D: Michel'Angelo Grima, 15/06/2017 (13:00-13:45)
Last autumn the Commission launched the ambitious and open Next Generation Internet (NGI) initiative to shape the Internet of the future.
We want to present you how the Next Generation Internet, a key priority in H2020 work programme 2018-2020 will ensure a more human-centric Internet supporting European values of openness, cooperation across borders, decentralisation, inclusiveness, transparency and protection of privacy. The initiative aims to involve all relevant stakeholders like research teams, hi-tech start-ups, SMEs and social innovators.
Learn more about the initiative and WHY it is so important for Europe to launch such an open initiative. Get updated on the current STATUS QUO and the TRENDS, listen to HOW we want the future internet to be and HOW are we going to do this.
And especially, WE NEED YOU: take part, provide us with your views on this broad and long-term initiative and inform your audience. Help us shaping OUR future internet accessible to all and delivering more to people and society than today.
