Venue

ICT Proposers' Day 2016 will be held in the Incheba Conference Centre in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Getting to Bratislava

Bratislava can be reached by plane, train, bus or car.

A shuttle bus service has been arranged from pick up points to the venue during the two days.

Bratislava airport (Letisko) is well connected to the city centre, checkout the options available from the airport.

Bratislava and Vienna are the closest capitals in Europe, so you could also consider Vienna airport (Schwechat) as an option. There are many bus connections between Vienna airport and Bratislava (bus stop closest to the venue: Einsteinova):

Getting to the venue

A shuttle bus service has been arranged from pick up points to the venue during the two days.

In addition, the Incheba conference centre is accessible by public transport by the following routes:

  • Bus stop Einsteinova: bus nr. 80, 82, 88, 92, 192, 901 and the busses listed above under 'Getting to Bratislava'
  • Bus stop Aupark: bus nr. 50, 80, 83, 84, 91, 93, 94, 95, 191, 901

Hotels

Should you require accommodation, the Slovak Presidency provides a choice of hotels at preferential rates for the ICT Proposers' Day 2016. Find the list of hotels and book via the Slovak National Horizon 2020 Programme Co-ordinator website. Please note that the number of rooms on offer will be reduced after 25/08.

Money Exchange

The currency in Slovakia is the EURO.
