The European Commission ran a consultation on the cost of capital for EU electronic communications regulators from 11 July to 3 October 2018. The objective of the consultation was to collect additional evidence and views from interested parties to inform the Commission's future guidance on the calculation of the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) for EU electronic communications regulators, expected in early 2019.
