The study is part of the fact-finding exercise on the trading practices between online platforms and their business users announced earlier this year.
The study will provide additional evidence to help the Commission determine the scope, actual scale and economic/innovation impact of potentially unfair B2B trading practices engaged in by online platforms. The study will in this regard identify the business-to-business practices of online platforms that may present problems in particular for small businesses, as well as positive examples of redress.
The aim is to collect information on 'platform-to-business' dynamics and potentially unfair practices. A wide participation to the surveys is of outmost importance for a thorough understanding of the scale and impact of the different practices.
If you are a business user of an online platform, please tell us more about your experience through this survey. If you are an online platform, please share your views through this survey. Both surveys will remain open until January 31st.
All provided information and data will be treated as stricty confidential.
