SwissCore, the contact office connecting Switzerland and Europe in research, innovation and education in Brussels, organised a roundtable on "the Internet of Things - A New Chance for Europe". Keynote speaker was Dirk Helbing, Professor of Computational social Science at ETH Zürich.The workshop took place on 4th March (by invitation only).

  • How to build Information and Communication Technologies that fit privacy, European values, and democratic principles, and turn this into a competitive advantage?
  • How to create an open and participatory information ecosystem that benefits everyone and becomes a "job engine" for Europe?
  • How to support responsible innovation in Europe "at the speed of light"?
