The Radiofrequencies-Microsystem Technologies (RF-MST) Cluster Meeting, co-organized with the European Commission, will illustrate the achievements of Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) related EU research projects.

Take part in the annual RF-MST Cluster Meeting organised in co-operation with the MEMSWAVE 2016 - 17th International Symposium on RF-MEMS and RF-Microsystems.

This unique event aims to bring all relevant FP7, Horizon 2020 and ENIAC/ECSEL projects together. The RF-MST Cluster Meeting is open to all RF Microsystems projects. Furthermore, participants to the MEMSWAVE Symposium are welcome to attend as well.

The objectives of this RF-MST Cluster Meeting are:

• Exchange of knowledge and experience gathered in the projects;

• Cross linking the various players in the field of RF Microsystems;

• Highlighting the major developments, progress and state of the art in the field;

• Supporting commercial exploitation of the research results.

Each project is being asked for an about 10-12-slide long presentation of about 20 minutes mainly on the RF-Microsystems related work of the project. Allocated time will be available for exchanging information, answering questions and discussions. It is emphasised that results will be presented among others technological, material, packaging, design and modelling, and application oriented work.

The meeting will be held in two sessions (morning and afternoon) and in between a visit of National Institute for R&D in Microtechnologies in Bucharest will take place.
