HeartMan is a research project funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme that developed a personal health system to help patients with congestive heart failure manage their disease. The project's final conference will take place Renaissance Brussels Hotel on Wednesday 24 April 2019.

Moderated by Tamsin Rose, the conference will offer the opportunity to showcase HeartMan’s purpose, the technology developed, findings from clinical trials and the personal experience from a user of HeartMan as well as the commercial perspective of the technology. It will also feature a discussion with Petra De Sutter, Belgian Senator (Greens) and Ioana-Maria Gligor from the European Commission Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety on the political aspects of e-health and self-management technology.
