Learn about the benefits graphene will have on communication and health at the Graphene Pavilion at the end of this month.

One of the EU’s largest ever Future & Emerging Technology (FET) Flagship research initiatives, the Graphene Flagship, is organising their very own Graphene Pavilion for the fourth year running at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain.

Supported by the Commission and the GSMA, the event will take place from 25-28 February 2019, where the flagship will display the progress of graphene innovation through 20 different prototypes and devices, connecting mobile technologies, wearables and the Internet of Things (IoT).

Visitors will have the chance to explore three difference zones on phones, wearables and homes of the future, with regards to the way in which the communication industry is being transformed by graphene and related materials. This event aims to inform visitors on the advantages of graphene in society with examples such as speedy internet connections and reducing energy consumption, whilst debunking any myths around the cost of producing graphene.
